Acceptable Use Policy:
All services provided by BEST I CODER may be used for lawful purposes only. Transmission, storage, or presentation of any information, data, or material in violation of both federal laws & laws of most states is prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to: copyrighted material, material we judge to be threatening or obscene, or material protected by trade secrets and other statutes.
Example of Non-acceptable Content:
- Pirated Software
- Bulk Email related products
- Pornography
- Hacking/Cracking related websites
- Warez and/or copyrighted MP3s
Limitation of Liability:
BEST I CODER shall not be responsible for any claimed damages, including incidental and consequential damages, which may arise from BEST I CODER servers going offline or being unavailable for any reason whatsoever. Furthermore, BEST I CODER shall not be responsible for any claimed damages, including incidental or consequential damages, resulting from the corruption or deletion of any website from one of BEST I CODER’s servers. All damages shall be limited to the immediate termination of service.
Illegal/Unauthorized Access to Other Computers or Networks:
The illegal or unauthorized accessing of computers or networks carries potential civil and criminal penalties under both federal laws and the laws of most states.
Distribution of Internet Viruses, Worms, Trojan Horses and Other Destructive Activities:
Distribution of Internet viruses, worms, Trojan horses and other destructive activities, such as hacking, can result in serious civil and or criminal liability under federal and state law.

Thus, certain equipment, routing, software, and programming used by BEST I CODER are not directly owned or written by us.
